Artec Blueprint

Term of Use

  1. Artec does not guarantee any color matching between the supplied graphic file and final produced graphic on the board.
  2. Artec preserves the right to produce the graphic that is different to the supplied file if the said file does not correspond to the Artec's tecnical requirements or if the file causes any technical problems in process of graphic preparation, printing and finalization.
  3. Artec does not guarantee proper positioning and orientation of the graphic on the board.
  4. Artec reserves right to add elements to the each submitted graphic if this is required for proper technical exectuion or is needed for the snowboard production and identification procedure. In latter cases Artec will describe the additional elements under the »Design Guidelines« section.
  5. Artec reserves right to reject any graphics that is not prepared according to directions stated with the »Design Guidelines« section.
  6. Artec reserves right to reject any graphics according to judgement of Artec. The reasons for rejection will be explained to the consumer submitting the graphic. In cases where graphic content is the reason for rejection Artec does not need to give any explanation further from »content not within the requirements«.
  7. Artec will do its best to deliver the board within the stated deadlines whereas it reserves rights for any delays.
  8. In case the board would not be delivered within max 6 weeks after order placement in a shop, the consumer is entitled for payment reimbursement in a shop.
  9. All logos and other design elements available for downloading under section "Download" are protected with international copyright laws. Artec authorizes their applications and use with the Artec Blueprint desings exclusively.


Warranties
All Artec Blueprint boards will be warranted according to Artec's standard warranty procedure.
In case of replacement need the warranted Artec Blueprint snowboard will be replaced with the comparable snowboard out of Artec collection.
