CATCHING UP WITH LISA

Hey there!
This season was a new experience for me. It was the first time I was studying fulltime while snowboarding and it was one of the best seasons we had in Austria. There was so much snow in Austria this winter and I had a lot of good days with friends on the mountains; long pow runs, powder kickers, drops and more bottomless tree runs. I enjoyed every single day in the snow. It was the first season that I just stayed in Austria for snowboarding and filming. I didn't miss travelling far away because we had such fantastic conditions! And next to that I am enjoying being at the university to become a physio therapist. This was a perfect combination for me. I was filming with True Color Films and the Lipstick girls. Two months ago I tore my ACL because I jumped too far on a big jump when testing the kicker. I am happy I didn't do this at the beginning of this amazing winter! Already the next day I got surgery and it heals really fast, and the summer is great to do a lot of training to get back on my snowboard for the first pow on the glaciers in Autumn. Before that I will be off to Mexico for surrrffing! Yesss :-)
