It’s been snowing the last two days in Mammoth. After an elongated summer/fall that featured temperatures way above normal we’re now back on track to get winter going. We did have a solid storm in early Oct. (look for a clip later this week), but now the mountain is getting covered and will be ready to open this Thursday. It should be an awesome couple days; opening day, Unbound magazine party Fri. night, Peddie Files movie premier on Sat. night and a big storm in the forecast all adds up to a pretty solid weekend. There’s also a super a huge Charger game Thurs. night. Here’s a shot of my board on some snow, more to come.

The only one bummed on the snow was my cat, as it puts a damper on his hunting regiment. He’ll be alright though, just antsy for the next six months. I also threw in a photo of a light box they put up in Wave Rave, a local shop here in Mammoth. And I threw a screen shot of Mammoth's homepage today.
