MAMMOTH GOT POUNDED

What a strange season it’s turning out to be. Mammoth got pounded in Dec., 9 ft. in four days at my house! But then the jet stream retreated north and the sun came out, and didn’t go into hiding for fourty days! So I traveled a bit, Colorado, Utah and even a week of surfing in Encinitas, CA. When I got home last week it was still super sunny and warm but instead of chasing powder and driving up to Canada I decided to cruise the park for a week with my friends in Mammoth. The park is really good in Mammoth right now; as good as I’ve ever seen it and all the bros have been busy learning some new moves on hardpack while I’ve been gone. Here’s a couple photos courtesy of Peter Morning and don’t worry, snow is back in the forecast.
