ITAK Freestyle week 2012

Itak Freestyle Week will be held on Rogla from 21.-25. of March. Extra huge snowpark will be again prepared for the biggest winter event for youth in Slovenia and off course lots of music performances (more than 20 DJs) and daily side activities as well as night parties. Slovenian’s finest DJs will be performing on KMŠ Stage, SILENT PARTY will be scheduled on Friday night, while afterparties in will be in discotheque 1517. Lots of snowboarders and freestyle skiers from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Hungary, Austria, Italy, France and Germany will salute this event on ROGLA in 2012...

There will also be a few of our team riders there, Global AM Matic Zavodnik, Nejc Ferjan will be riding at IFW 2012 for the first time after his shoulder injury in late January and maybe even Kalle Ohlson might drop by for a cuple of days! 

About last year event:
Snowpark on Rogla was with previous events and nicely shaped snowpark a well known snowpark in world of freestyle in Europe, during this event park is even more expanded in size. Furthermore there was free Elan test of freeskis and snowboards, snowbeach with Blue Tomato wheel of luck and hand football, Bandidos Freestyle Desant contest on bagjump and music concerts which lasted from Friday till Sunday. There was also Friday’s night music show and Friday’s & Saturday’s disco afterpary, where djs put the roof on fire.
On Saturday winners for different competitions were announced. Itak Džabest Trick contest winner had the best picture published on Itak’s website, Elan Spin&Style freestyle competition was held in the middle of the snowpark, Elan design your freeskis winner made the best graphic for Elan freeskis - contest was launched on Elan’s website thru the season and more than 35 graphic designers have sent their material. The winner of this graphic competition was Igor Petronijevič from Slovenia.

Because this is a event manly focused on the youth, the people at Rogla prepared some special packages:
The packages include not only the accommodation and daily ski pass, but also FW party bracelet for free entrances to the concerts and parties, free participation of sport events, welcome drink and aditionally 1 x entrance to the hotel swimming pool and 1 drive on Zlodejevo Alpine coaster.
