2222 miles
My snowmobile reached 2222 miles the other day. It was in Whistler during a really good day in the backcountry. I bought my snowmobile in Dec. of 2006, so I’ve had it for 17 months. My sled has seen some shit that’s for sure. I’m pretty attached to it, much like a 19th century horse, my stead becomes a trusted friend in times of adventure and exploration. When it’s not running 100% it bums me out and I feel for it. I’m not sure how many hours I’ve spent on it but to put 2222 miles in perspective I’ll make a little mileage table.

San Diego, CA to New Orleans, LA : 1818 miles
San Diego, CA to Vancouver, BC : 1397 miles
Mammoth Lakes, CA to Atlanta, Georgia: 2321 miles
Barcelona, Spain to Moscow, Russia : 1881 miles
