The wind was blowing today in mammoth

That’s not that uncommon but the lifts kept shutting down so a few of us decided to go golfing in Bishop. It’s pretty sweet when the weather is total shit house in mammoth and you go to Bishop and it’s 65 degrees and nice out. I played alright minus the three putts. Golf is crazy because one day you’ll be crushing the ball down the middle of the fairway and the next you can be shanking the ball into your friends. Imagine if snowboarding were like golf. One day your slaying cab 1260’s off the big jump and the next your eating shit trying to get off the lift, that’s how on/off golf is.

I didn’t take any golfing photos because they’re kinda boring but the sunset was amazing on the drive home. I also put some photos up of my cat catching animals. He catches a few critters a week in the summer but not as many once it gets cold. He likes to bring them home and show us.

The other photo I posted is of this crazy snowmobiler from mammoth last year. These guys were doing a demo, going huge on their sleds but I guess the altitude was messing with them a bit. I thought this guy was going to die, but he managed to limit his injuries to broken femur on this backflip gone so wrong. The photo is pretty amazing though.
